Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Refund Policy

At Freshoxy Technologies Pvt Ltd, we offer digital products and services, which are generally non-refundable due to their nature.

However, in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe (in case of prepaid custom services).
  • Technical error from our side preventing service usage.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with valid proof. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds are allowed for the following:

  • Instant Digital Downloads.
  • Completed Digital Services (like product listing, account setup, etc.).
  • SEO & Advertising services once started.

3. Delivery Policy

Our services and digital products are delivered via online platforms (email, dashboards, cloud systems, etc.) after successful payment confirmation.

For service-based projects, delivery timeframes will be shared during order confirmation. Delivery may depend on project complexity, client cooperation, and other factors.
