However, refunds may be considered in special situations such as:

- Service not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- Technical issue from our side preventing service usage.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with proper proof and details. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Services

- SEO, Advertising & promotional services once work has started.

All digital services and business solutions are delivered online through email, WhatsApp, dashboards, cloud systems or related online platforms after successful payment confirmation.
